Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The “Win Your Car Garage Wall Art Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kim Car Art (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The prize will be delivered to a valid U.S. delivery address only.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To receive one eligible entry during the Giveaway Period.
- Like the official Kim Car Art Giveaway post.
- Follow @kimcarart on the platform on which you enter.
- Comment on the official Giveaway post with your car's Make, Model, Year and Color.
No purchase is necessary.
Limit one entry per person per platform.
Incomplete entries, automated entries, spam accounts, fraudulent entries, or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
One personalized Kim Car Art 20" × 16" Premium Aluminum Garage Wall Art, customized using an eligible car design and personalization options available from Kim Car Art.
Approximate Retail Value $100 USD.
The prize includes standard delivery to one valid U.S. address.
The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable except at the Sponsor's discretion.
6. Prize Personalization & Winner Information
The prize is one personalized Kim Car Art 20" × 16" Premium Aluminum Garage Wall Art, individually created for the winner's vehicle.
After the potential winner has been selected and their eligibility has been confirmed, the winner will be required to provide Kim Car Art with the information necessary to design, personalize and deliver the prize.
Vehicle Artwork
The winner will provide: (for Artwork Creation)
- Car Make
- Car Model
- Car Year
- Car Color
Kim Car Art will create the vehicle artwork based on the make, model, year and color information supplied by the winner. The vehicle artwork will be created in the distinctive Kim Car Art design style.
Background & Personalization
The winner will also provide or select:
- Background Design— the winner must choose from the existing Garage Wall Art background designs available on the official Kim Car Art website. A new or custom background is not included as part of the prize.
- Owner's Name — the name to be displayed on the Garage Wall Art.
- Started Date — the date or year to be displayed on the Garage Wall Art.
- Finish Phrase — selected from the existing Finish Phrase options supplied by Kim Car Art.
The winner may be directed to kimcarart.com to view the available Garage Wall Art backgrounds and Finish Phrase options before making their selections.
Winner & Delivery Information
The winner will also be required to privately provide:
- Full name
- Contact information
- A valid U.S. delivery address
This information will be used to administer and deliver the prize and should not be posted publicly in the Giveaway comments.
Approval & Production
The winner is responsible for providing accurate vehicle and personalization information and for checking the spelling and accuracy of all personalized details.
Kim Car Art may provide the winner with a digital proof of the completed personalized design for approval before production.
Once the final design has been approved by the winner and submitted for production, further changes may not be possible.
The winner must provide the requested vehicle details, personalization selections and delivery information within the timeframe specified by Kim Car Art following notification. Failure to provide the required information within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The drawing is expected to take place on or about November 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted only by the official @kimcarart account.
Kim Car Art will never request payment or credit-card information from a winner in order to claim the prize.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification and may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery.
If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, another potential winner may be selected.
9. Public Winner Announcement
Once eligibility has been confirmed and the prize accepted, Kim Car Art may announce the winner's social-media username and/or first name on its social-media channels.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding administration of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway.
11. Release
By entering, participants agree to release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility associated with this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Entrants acknowledge that this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
12. Privacy
Information provided by the winner will be used for administration of the Giveaway, verification of eligibility, personalization of the prize, and prize delivery.
Information collected for prize fulfillment will not be sold by Kim Car Art.
13. Winner Information
After the Giveaway has concluded and the winner has been verified, winner information may be made available where required by applicable law.
